Historie: Transavia 5 x B757-200 en 2 x
B757-300
In Nederland hadden vier maatschappijen de Boeing 757
in hun vloot: Transavia, Air Holland, Martinair en DutchBird.
Inmiddels is dit toestel niet meer met een
PH-registratie te zien.
Op Schiphol vliegen met de 757 onder meer Delta, US
Airways, Continental Airlines, TACV, Icelandair en El Al.
B757-200: Lengte 47.30 meter, spanwijdte 38 meter,
passagiers 180-230, kruissnelheid 910 km per uur, vlieg bereik 7.200 km
B757-300: Lengte 54.00 meter, spanwijdte 38 meter,
hiervan zijn er 55 geleverd
Totaal zijn er 1050 B757 gemaakt.
